Create a form from a name or template
Start a new Neartail form and review the generated fields before collecting orders.
A new form can begin with its name or a suitable existing template. The result is a starting structure you can edit to match your own business.
Start from a form name
- Open Neartail's creator.
- Choose Enter your form name.
- Give the form a specific name describing its purpose, such as Willow Kitchen weekly meal orders.
- Review the resulting outline and continue into the editor.
A clear name gives the creator useful context. You still need to supply or verify your real products, prices, currency, and fulfillment terms.
Start from a template
Choose Browse templates from a relevant Neartail product page. Select a template whose structure matches the order you want to collect, such as a bakery menu or products with variants. Use its creation action to make your own version.
Replace sample product information, prices, images, business details, and customer instructions. A template's settings reflect its example; inspect payment and notification settings before using it with customers.
Make the form your own
In Edit, work from the beginning of the form to the submit button:
- Set the title and explain what customers are ordering.
- Add your actual products and options.
- Collect name, contact information, and pickup or delivery details.
- Check the total and order summary.
- Choose a payment route and customer confirmation.
- Customize the form and open the shared customer link.
Know when it is ready
The customer should be able to identify the current offer, choose the right options, understand the complete amount, and know what happens after submitting. Submit an example order and find it in Responses before distributing the link.
For the complete cycle, continue with the main quickstart.
