Manage orders and responses
Read order details, organize work by status, and find submissions across your Neartail account.
Use the form's Responses area to handle the orders collected by that form. Use the dashboard's Inbox or View orders for incoming work across the account.
Open an order
Open the form and select Responses. Choose a view that suits the task:
| View | Useful for |
|---|---|
| Google Forms | Reviewing one submission as a filled-in form |
| Google Sheets | Reading responses in a table |
| Kanban board | Moving orders through operational stages |
| Reports | Grouping quantities or analyzing submitted information |
Open a response card or row and check the products, selected options, quantity, amount, and customer handoff details. If names are missing from cards, review Configure key fields in Edit.
Use statuses
The board groups submissions into statuses such as Abandoned, Submitted, Completed, and Trash. A started form is different from a submitted order. Prepare from the submitted orders you intend to fulfill.
Drag a card to change its stage. Use + STATUS to add stages that represent your process, such as Preparing and Ready for pickup. Save changes to the status list.
A fulfillment status is your team's progress marker. It does not by itself establish that money was received; see payment records.
Work with a group
A column's ⋮ menu provides actions such as search, notifications, and printing. Check the selected column and audience before using a notification action. For kitchen quantities and individual packing output, use production reports.
Find an order again
Use the order number, customer email, or date to locate it. Compare the submitted record with the customer's confirmation rather than relying on a chat message alone.
If a submission is missing, check the form and account first, then follow sync troubleshooting. An original imported Google Form may be different from the managed form collecting your orders.
