Edit a form with AI
Describe menu and field changes clearly and review the form before accepting orders.
Use the AI editing control in the form editor to describe a change in plain language. It is useful for adding questions, reorganizing sections, or updating product information you provide.
Give a precise instruction
Open the form, select Edit, and open the AI editing panel. State the intended change and include the details that must be preserved.
For example:
Add a pickup date question after Customer name. Keep every product, price, option, and existing response field unchanged.
For a menu update, name the products and exact prices. Avoid broad requests such as “refresh the whole menu” when you intend to change only one meal.
Review the result
Read the proposed or applied change in the editor. Check the complete affected area, including nearby sections and the order summary. When the panel offers Revert, use it if the result does not match your instruction.
Check business details yourself
The form creator remains responsible for product prices, ingredients, allergens, nutrition information, availability, and customer terms. Give the editor accurate source information and review it before customers see it.
For calculated changes, check the final amount with known product quantities. For renamed questions, review key-field mappings and email notifications that refer to those answers.
Existing responses and live forms
Treat an edit to a shared form as a change to the form customers use. Recheck the published link, especially when changing products during an active ordering period. Creating a separate weekly copy can make it easier to preserve the previous week's setup.
